莱斯达公司原名为深圳市莱斯达贸易有限公司，成立于1995年12月。1996年3月，公司创始人詹演明以20万元人民币成立一个民航售票处，经营代理销售机票。1997年5月，公司更名为深圳市莱斯达航空服务有限公司，逐步扩大经营规模，在中国深圳率先推出24小时免费订票送票上门服务，受到民航旅客的欢迎，业务蒸蒸日上；1997年售票处增加到3个，销售票量2.2万张，销售额2046万元；1998年售票处增加到6个，销售票量5.5万张，销售额5115万元；1999年售票处增加到8个，销售票量11.3万张，销售额10509万元；2000年售票处增加到10个，注册成立了广州莱斯达公司，年销售机票15.2万张，销售额14136万元；2001年售票处增加到14个，注册成立北京莱斯达公司，年销售票量15.2万张，销售额14136万元；2002年售票处增加到25个，注册成立了上海莱斯达公司和厦门莱斯达公司，年销售票量30.2
万张，销售额26576万元；2003年售票处增加到37个，注册成立了成都莱斯达公司和东莞莱斯达公司，年销售机票47.5万张，销售额41600万元；2004年售票处增加到54个，年销售机票62万张，销售额57660万元。2005年预计设立售票处100个，年销售机票250万张，销售额232500万元。
2002年9月，莱斯达公司获国家信息产业部的政策扶持，获得国家信息产业部批准的全国统一电话号码95160，为使国家稀缺资源全国统一电话号码得到行业内广泛使用，获得更好的社会效益和经济效益，2002年11月，莱斯达公司以莱斯达商标、全国统一电话号码、莱斯达经营模式在全国160个城市（包括中国通航的126个机场在内）进行特许连锁经营加盟，至目前为止，已有130多个城市加盟了莱斯达公司，民航旅客在130

aviation ticket office by 200,000RMB to act as an airline ticket
agent. In May, 1997 ,the company changed the name to Shenzhen
China Civil Aviation Aviation Service Ltd.. and expanded the management
scale gradually. It is popular with people for taking the lead

ticket office increased to 37 and registered Chengdu China Civil Aviation
company and Dongguan China Civil Aviation company with a booking quantity
of 475,000 and a sale of 416,000,000RMB. In 2004 the ticket
office increased to 54 with a booking quantityo of 620,000 and
a sale of 576,600,000,000RMB. Our company intends to set up
another 100 booking offices to sell about, 2,500,000 pieceses
of tickets for 2,325,000,000RMB in 2005.
With the support of the Ministry of
Information National Industry policy, China Civil Aviation obtained an
unitive telephone number, 95160, in September, 2002,which authorized
by the Ministry of Information Industry. In order to use the

China Civil Aviation Company allied with chain franchising in 160 cities
